ORDER

The petitioner claims that he is working in the 4th respondent police station as Sweeper and he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to regularise his services. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate by referring to the memorandum dated 09.03.2022 submits that as per the Government order in GOMs.No.774, Home (Police -15) Department, dated 30.09.2013 the department is prohibited from engaging any Sweepers in the vacant places and as per GO.No.49, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, dated 14.05.2022, the police stations are directed to engage Sweepers through outsourcing.

4.In view of the above submission and the government orders, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the above government order in the manner known to law. No costs.
