This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.540 of 2012 pending investigation on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other investigation agency.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge sheet was filed before the concerned court and it was not taken on file.
