Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, against the conviction and sentence imposed upon him in C.C.No.116 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Musiri, by Judgment dated 14.10.2010 wherein the petitioner was convicted under Section 498-A IPC to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.500/- in default to undergo two months rigorous imprisonment and under Section 406 of IPC to undergo one year R.I., which was partly allowed in Crl.A.No.142 of 2010 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.II, Thriuchirappalli wherein as against the charge under Section 406 of IPC. The petitioner was acquitted and the conviction and sentence under Section 498-A IPC was confirmed by Judgment dated 09.08.2011.

ORDER
