The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate Plants and Machineries Certificate to participate in E-Tender Notice Number 31/2025-2026/HDO, dated 02.09.2025.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, last date for making an application seeking Certificate is 26.09.2025. Though he had made his application on 24.09.2025 and 25.09.2025, his request was not considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents pointed out that the petitioner's request has been rejected by way of proceedings dated 30.09.2025 and therefore, the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

4. The petitioner has also filed W.P(MD) No.29847 of 2025 challenging the rejection of the BID on the sole ground that the petitioner has not been able to produce the Certificate which were demanded in W.P(MD) No.27768 of 2025.
5. In view of the above said facts, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 30.09.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
