ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders dated 13.03.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.6729 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the TANGEDCO officials to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2024, seeking compensation for the death due to electrocution.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, a proceeding has been issued on 19.12.2025, granting compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only).
