Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side

2. Kumbabishegam for the petition mentioned temple is to be celebrated on 15.12.2023. The petitioner alleges that Thalaikattuvari has not been collected from her community (Boyar). 2/5

3. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent clarifies that for the petition mentioned event, there has been no collection of Thalaikattuvari from any person. However, donation was collected from the members of four communities. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent added that the petitioner also can make her contribution by way of donation. It is further clarified that all persons can participate in the event as devotees and that there will not be any prevention or restriction for the petitioner to participate.

4. Recording this stand of the fifth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
