Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 04.11.2025, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand and Five Hundred only) and he has filed a Memo dated 12.11.2025 to that effect and also produced the copy of the challan. The above said Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
