The petition has been filed seeking orders to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as respondents 3 to 5 in the second appeal as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent Narayanasamy.

2.Notice sent through Court and privately served on the respondents 3 to 5, but there was no representation.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and after amendment, send notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 21.01.2026. Private notice is also permitted.

5.Post the matter on 21.01.2026.
