ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that originally an enquiry was pending on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, who is related to the petitioner and the same was closed. Thereafter, the third respondent has given another complaint against the petitioner, in which, enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the third respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
