2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner, over which, C.S.R.No.549 of 2023 was registered. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the fourth respondent gave a statement that since it is an issue between the land lord and the tenant, he will workout his remedy through appropriate civil process. On the basis of the above said statement, the above said enquiry was closed on 28.09.2023.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

4. With the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
