Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a practicing lawyer. All that the petitioner wants is that the corporation must carry out the repair works for the petition mentioned locality. While this Court cannot give any positive direction, it can certainly call upon the Corporation to bear in mind the requirements of the petition mentioned locality and act accordingly. The Commissioner, Madurai is called upon to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2023 and do the needful.
