ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to file final report within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.300 of 2024, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.499 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised.
