ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.

2. Learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against the counter party, now enquiry is pending in SP.GDP.812/SDO(R)/TUT/2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that claiming exorbitant interest, the third respondent is making trouble upon the petitioner and on that basis a complaint has been made.

4. Since the complaint is pending for more than four months, let it be enquired and completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner and the counter parties. Depending upon the outcome of the complaint, further action shall be taken. Absolutely, there is no life threat to the petitioner. 2/4

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
