15.08.2025 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent No.1 to transfer the petitioner to the 3rd respondent office within the time limit stipulated by the this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in Na.Ka.No. 21723/2025/H3 dated 15.08.2025 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and seeking consequential direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer the petitioner to the 3rd respondent office.

2. In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order rejecting the petitioner's request for transfer to Thirumangalam Municipality.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that, as on date, there is no vacancy available in the Thirumangalam Municipality to accommodate the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request and accommodate the petitioner as and when a vacancy arises.
