ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the earned leave benefits for 180 days to the petitioner in consideration with G.O.Ms.No.91, Tourism, culture and Endowments Department, dated 28.06.2019, to the petitioner along with interest for belated payment.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation had been forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent as early as on 16.05.2018, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner as forwarded by the first respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
