ORDER

The petitioner herein filed C.C.No.260 of 2008, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, for prosecuting the respondent herein, for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The said private complaint was dismissed on 30.06.2011. Challenging the same, the Criminal Revision Case has been filed before this Court.

2. No proof of service on the respondent has been filed by the complainant. I find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.
