ORDER

This Court, in its order dated 27.10.2025, noting that there has been a flagrant violation of an order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No. 22728 of 2015 dated 17.12.2015, in denying payment of wages for the period of non-employment and other benefits, in the orders impugned in the present writ petition, as the petitioner had been denied wages as no work no wages which is ex-facie contemptous of the order passed by this Court as early as on 17.12.2015, this Court is of the view to initiate suo motu contempt.

2. Hence this Court directs the Registry to initiate suo motu contempt against the first respondent and also issue statutory notice to the first respondent.
