ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant working in the Revenue Department seeking a Mandamus to confer benefits on his exoneration from the disciplinary proceedings.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was issued with a charge memo in the year 2006 and punishment was inflicted upon him on 21.12.2015. The petitioner had filed W.P.No.212 of 2016 challenging the said punishment. This Court was pleased to allow the writ petition on 12.12.2022 with a direction to grant all service and monetary benefits that have been deprived to the petitioner in view of the order of punishment.
3. In compliance with the orders of this Court, the 1st respondent has passed G.O(2D)No.277 Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Services Wing, Ser.2(2) Section, dated 31.08.2023 implementing the orders of the Court and has issued a direction to the 2nd 2/5
respondent herein to take necessary action to grant service and other monetary benefits to the writ petitioner. Since the said Government Order has not been complied with, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 2nd respondent herein on 29.09.2023. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the narration of the above said facts, the 2nd respondent herein is directed to pass orders on the representation made by the writ petitioner on 29.09.2023 in the light of G.O(2D)No.277 Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Services Wing, Ser.2(2) Section, dated 31.08.2023 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
