ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to receive and register the petition-mentioned settlement deed. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that till date the petitioner has not even presented the document for registration. The petitioner is directed to present the document in question. The second respondent has to receive the same and register and release it subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities or else he has to issue a formal refusal check slip containing valid reason.
