Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the respondent No.3 to not to harass the petitioner intervening into civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2025 in accordance with law.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner intervening into civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 are not harassing the petitioner; that he was called for an enquiry on the complaint given by the fourth respondent; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the third respondent shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
