ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The respondent issued tender notification inviting bids from eligible applicants for constructing of memorial building of with gallery and museum for Mannar Rajagopala Thondaiman in Pudukkottai Collector's Office. The petitioner turned out to be the successful tenderer. His tender was also confirmed. Work order was also issued. But formal agreement was not entered into. Therefore, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that within ten days, the agreement of the petitioner will be entered.

4.Recording the said stand of the respondent, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
