O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner wants the second respondent to implement the order dated 14.11.2018 passed by the first respondent. The first respondent had directed restoration of the petitioner's name in the patta. Such an order has not been stayed or set aside till date.

3. It has to be necessarily enforced. The second respondent will issue notice to the other individuals and find out if the said order is holding good. If the said order is not stayed or set aside, it shall be implemented without any delay. The second respondent shall carry out the exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4
