This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent Police to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2023 in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint/representation given by the petitioner, dated 28.04.2023 is pending enquiry.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said enquiry be completed by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a week from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the above said enquiry, further action may be taken either by the official respondents or by the parties, if so aggrieved.
