Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants agricultural service connection for the petition-mentioned land. The petitioner submitted his application through online. The petitioner enclosed patta and FMB. The TANGEDCO officials are insisting that the petitioner must get possession certificate from the jurisdictional Village Administrative Officer.

3. I fail to understand as to why there should be such insistence, when the petitioner has enclosed patta which is also having QR code. There is no need to get one more certificate from the Village Administrative Officer.

4. The third respondent is directed to accept the petitioner's application and deal with the same and provide agricultural service connection, when the petitioner's turn comes. The petitioner of course has to fulfil the other usual formalities such as payment of necessary fees and charges. 2/4
