This petition is filed to call for entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.10 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Palani on 12.01.2013 and it was not taken on file.
