ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve petitioner appointment as Junior Assistant with effect from his date of appointment that is 01.07.2022 and to grant all the service and monetary benefits in consequent to the same within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable court by considering the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent on 30.08.2022 and the proposal resubmitted by the 5th respondent dated 06-01-2023. 2/4
2. The revised proposal has been emanated by the fifth respondent with regard to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Assistant in the fifth respondent school and the same is also admitted to have been received by the office of the third respondent.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the proposal dated 06.01.2023 as forwarded by the fifth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
