O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 63 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari and the same has been taken on file as S.T.C.No.730 of 2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
