This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy District to dispose of the O.S No.516 of 2024 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible. 2.This Court, vide order dated 22.01.2026, had directed the learned learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy District to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy District, had sent a report vide proceeding dated 03.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 890 and the pendency of the suit more than 1 year is 201.

3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2024, the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy District, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.516 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
