This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for records pertaining to the case in Crime No.262 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent, submitted that the matter has already been compromised between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench and no fruitful purpose will be achieved to proceed further in this matter.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is allowed and the entire proceedings in respect of Crime No.262 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed.
