India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein more particularly, the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court for renewal of lease regarding the subject mentioned shop No.32A, situated in the western side of Karur Muthukumaraswamy Bus Stand, for the period 2023-2026, in accordance with law. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks renewal for the petition mentioned shops. The petitioner is presently occupying the same as a licensee. The respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on 2/4

the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law. This shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
