W.M.P.(MD) No.22087 of 2025 in W.P.(MD) No.17086 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY.,J In spite of paying batta on two occasions, notices sent to R3 and R6 were returned unserved with the endorsement that the person does not reside in the address specified. The address specified in the cause title of the petition is the same address contained in the order of the District Revenue Officer.

2. In these circumstances, this petition for substituted service on R3 and R6 is liable to be allowed. Therefore, this petition is allowed by directing the petitioner to publish the notice in one issue of the Tamil daily 'Dinamalar' mentioning the next date of hearing as 12.11.2025. In addition, the petitioner shall affix the notice on the Court notice board and last known address.
