O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry and further direct the second respondent not to insist the petitioner's appearance before him without following the process of law.

2. Pending suit in O.S. No.44 of 2023 filed by the third respondent and others, claiming partition over the disputed property, complaint was given by the third respondent against this petitioner and others, stating that they have created the false documents in the form of patta transfer proceedings.

3. Since the suit is pending between the parties, let the parties be advised to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself. There is no question of Police intervention in this matter.

4. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
