ORDER

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai, to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.379 of 2019 in O.A.No.355 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property, in respect of which eviction has been sought for against the respondents 2 to 19 belongs to the petitioner Wakf. In view of the same, this Court finds no impediment in the petitioner being impleaded as a respondent in O.A.No.353 of 2019.

3.Accordingly, this Court finds no impediment in ordering the interlocutory application filed in I.A.No.379 of 2019. Therefore, exercising powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, this Court impleads the petitioner by allowing I.A.No.379 of 2019 in O.A.No.355 of 2019.

4.The first respondent is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the application filed in O.A.No.355 of 2019 and the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai is directed to dispose of O.A.No. 355 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. 13.10.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 3/5
