O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition has become virtually infructuous. A road has been laid on the boundary line separating the two lakes. However, we direct the third respondent to ensure that the width of the road is not further extended. In other words, the present dimensions will be maintained for all times to come. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
