2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 17.04.2026 the para no.1 the offence has been wrongly mentioned as 29(c) instead of 22(c) of NDPS Act and the same has to be corrected.

4. There is a typographical error, therefore in para no.1 instead of 29(C) it has to be corrected as "22 (c)"

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
