This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash Cr.No.116 of 2012, pending on the file of the first respondent herein .

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that though the petitioner has challenged the first information report, after conducting the investigation, the petitioner's name was deleted from the charge sheet and the charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court against the other accused persons.
