2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the investigation of the case in Crime No.736 of 2012 was transferred to CB-CID, on 22.04.2015.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
