PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crime No.76 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), let the said Final Report be presented before the concerned trial Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after completing the official formalities. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate 2/4
