ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus restraining the 2nd respondent from disturbing the business conducted by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint has been given against the petitioner in the 2nd respondent station and therefore, there is no occasion for the respondent police to interfere with the business of the petitioner.

3. Recording the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
