Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has given a petition under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908. The second respondent shall keep the said petition pending. He shall take a decision after the Hon'ble Larger Bench pronounces its verdict on the scope and applicability of the provision.
