Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to release and disburse the scheme amount deposited under Sivagami Ammayar Female child protection Scheme in CAA 270688, CAA 270689 in the of petitioner's daughters namely Muthupraveena and Saruleka by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023 and 08.12.2023 with in a stipulated time.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was blessed with two female children. The elder one was born on 12.03.1999 and the younger one was born on 12.03.2005. The Government of Tamil Nadu had issued G.O.(Ms)No.199 dated 31.12.2001 for providing financial assistance in such cases. The petitioner's application has already been processed and 2/4

forwarded by the fourth respondent. The fifth respondent is directed to release and credit the petition mentioned scheme amounts in the respective bank accounts of the petitioner's children. This shall be done by the fifth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
