ORDER
The petitioner seeks the transfer of the investigation in Crime No. 212 of 2014, pursuant to the order of the learned Magistrate, Sathankulam, in Cr.M.P.No.9644 of 2019, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that investigation was conducted and the case was closed as 'further action dropped' and the said report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. 3.This Court finds that the investigation was completed and the case was closed as further action dropped, since the defacto complainant/petitioner informed the respondent police that no further action is required. Since no investigation is pending, the direction to transfer the investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
