ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the representation, dated 11.12.2023.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the CSR is pending before the respondents. Also, the Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per circular of the Director General of Police, the second respondent undertakes to dispose of the case and pass appropriated order within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in the light of Director General of Police's circular, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the case within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As per the circular, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
