ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent by conducting enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 02.10.2023 for conducting enquiry and taking action against the fifth respondent. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.10.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
