ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry in a civil dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and gave an undertaking that they will resolve the issue through appropriate proceedings. Hence, the petition was closed. Further, no complaint is pending as on date, against the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no complaint is pending as on date against the petitioner, this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
