ORDER

Both the learned counsels are present.

2. The order passed by this Court was to the extent of conducting survey of the petitioner's land and fix the boundaries. The said exercise was directed to be considered within eight weeks.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that survey was conducted and it was found that the petitioner is in possession of land, which is a water body. For the said reason, boundary stones could not be erected. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was present when survey was taken place.
