O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the complaint, by considering 1/4

the petitioner representation dated 14.02.2023 fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, it is found that that the victim girl has voluntarily left the matrimonial home and went to her parental home.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that there is no scope for further adjudication in this case. If the petitioner wants to pursue the matter, he is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
