Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The installation of a Vinayagar idol by the petitioner has given rise to the present cause of action. Some third parties have raised objection. The second respondent-Tahsildar has removed the idol and the idol is now in the office of the Tahsildar. The second respondent-Tahsildar is directed to hand over the idol to the writ petitioner. The writ petitioner can keep the idol in his residential premises. After the issues with the third parties are resolved, the idol can be installed in the temple campus. The petitioner can move this Court again for appropriate relief.
