ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 27.09.2023 passed in R.C.A.No.38 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai, regarding the ground of demolition and reconstruction and the fair and decreetal order in R.C.O.P.No.84 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Madurai Town dated 20.09.2022 by allowing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. An undertaking affidavit has been filed by the petitioner herein stating that she will vacate the premises on or before 01.09.2024.

3. The respondent must comply the undertaking. Recording the said undertaking this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of confirming the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
