Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the first respondent to execute the non bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy on 30.03.2021 in the case in C.C.No.1446 of 2019 and subsequent split up case in C.C.No.86 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy in connection with Crime No.149 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent dated 15.02.2017 by deputing a special team.

ORDER
The present petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant which was issued on 30.04.2021 against A1 in this case.
2. Inspite of lapse of four years, still the warrant could not be executed. Therefore, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruverumpur, is directed to execute the warrant as expeditiously as possible. 3.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 22.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PJL To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Office of the Superintendent of Police, Trichy District.
